Payment & Cancellation Policy
This Payment & Cancellation Policy applies to travel services booked through Maha Sampada unless different terms are expressly communicated in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.
Supplier-specific terms may apply to hotels, transport, activities, attractions and other services.
1. Booking Confirmation
A travel booking is considered confirmed only when:
The required booking amount has been received; and
Maha Sampada has issued written confirmation of the booking.
An enquiry, quotation, itinerary or payment request by itself does not guarantee availability.
2. Standard Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation:
At the time of confirmation:
30% of the total land package cost.
15 days before travel:
Remaining 70% balance.
For bookings made within 15 days of travel, 100% payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
Certain hotels, villas, resorts, group departures, activities, holiday-period bookings or special-rate bookings may require a higher or fully non-refundable advance.
Such conditions will be communicated before confirmation wherever applicable.
